I use the rinse daily and it helps my seasonal allergies. Lately I've been using it twice a day to help combat a sinus infection following a bout with Covid. It has really helped!

Make the process better
I have to admit, while I really do not enjoy clearing out my sinuses with the neti pot (I've always hated getting water up my nose, ever since I was a little girl), but these salts do wonders for making the process not painful. What a great product!

I've been using Baraka salt with my Baraka neti pot for a couple years and love it. I use it regularly, especially when sick, and I always feel at least some relief immediately after. I'm also happy to not have tons of packaging waste. Highly recommend!
Love Baraka products.
I've used Baraka salts and oils for many years now. I rinse daily, using the regular mineral salt most, but switch to the infused salt when I have a cold or just feel raw and want to soothe more than rinse. I now use the packeted salts that come with Neti pots and rinse bottles as a last resort. The sinus rejuvenation oil is great for soothing dry nostrils and clearing sinuses.,
I also have their Neti pot and storage jar, both are attractive and high quality..

I use this rinse daily after I am finished with my outdoor activities. It's a great way to clean out pollen and whatever else has been filtering through my sinuses.

I live in the high desert of Nevada and we have very low humidity. I have been using the Baraka neti pot with mineral sea salt and I love it. It really doesn't burn. It's not magic, it's not curing my chronic sinusitis, but it helps a lot. I use it twice a day and it never hurts.

I love that this is responsible sources and a much better product than what I used to use. I find it more comfortable to rinse with. You do need to play with the dose to see what works for you.
So smooth
I got a sample of this salt when I bought the netti pot and I was amazed. I didn’t except a difference with salt. Wrong! It was so smooth. Normally the salt I used burned my sinuses so bad and made my eyes water. This salt is amazingly smooth. It balances with your ph and now I look forward to using my netti pot. Worth the purchase!

Regular Rinser
I think this is the 3rd time I've bought the Baraka Mineral Sea Salt Rinse and I keep coming back for more. I suffer from seasonal allergies and rinsing daily during allergy season with these sea salts and distilled water keeps me from having to take allergy medication. It's gentle on my sinuses.
No sting
I was skeptical and didn't really mind doing the salt+baking soda trick. But, this is much simpler and NEVER stings! I just bought two more 16 oz bags, which will last me quite some time!

Sensational Salt!
After being spoiled by a 2 oz. sample of Baraka Mineral Sea Salt that accompanied my Baraka Neti Pot, I will never use another traditional saline solution packet again. Pure and smooth
I've been extremely satisfied using this salt for years in my neti pot. I have horrible allergies and frequent sinus infections. Using the neti pot with this salt feels like a nice refreshing shower for my sinuses. It feels smooth and never stings. I know this sounds crazy, but I can't imagine my life without it. Soothing, non-stinging salt!
This salt is so smooth (fine-grained) and mild, not like the coarser sea salt from other sources. There's no burn or sting, and it's worth taking the time to order. I received mine within a week, well packed, and the perfect amount to fit in my pretty salt jar I got here.

I had no idea there could be such a difference between salts! I have used "H pink salt" and it was okay, but there was always sediment at the bottom of the neti pot that probably went through my nose, too. The Baraka salt is very finely ground and thus easily dissolves. More importantly, it does not sting when used.

I've been using this salt in my neti pot for a few years now, and I won't use anything else! I briefly switched to ordinary salt from the grocery store out of laziness, but it felt so harsh in comparison that I started buying this salt in bulk and I never looked back. Gentle & soothing for dry sinuses/nasal passages
This is the only nasal salt I will use, and have used for 10+ years. When I first started nasal/sinus rinsing, I tried table salt, then sea salt, then a competitor's salts, then I found Baraka. Rinsing my passages with this salt is soothing, there is no stinging sensation, and in the very dry climate I'm usually in, my nasal passages are much happier. It's also very helpful for allergy season, which is when I use it 1-2x/day. I just follow the directions on the package. I was so relieved to be able to purchase this product online, and directly from the company.
Great rinse
I love this product. It is gentle, so can be used daily, even 2x for mild inflammation. It can be used flexibly: you can add 1/4/,1/2 or 1 tsp of the salt, depending on the reason for using it. I totally recommend it for sinus care.

Grey sea salt
I have been using a Neti Pot for over 15 years. The Baraka salt is the only fault I have ever used that has not caused me to have a stinging or burning sensation in my sinuses. I find that it is an effective rinse and clears me of a tremendous amount of junk every time I use my neti pot. I have been using Baraka salt now for two years, I won't use any other.
No sting!
I have been using the Baraka salt in my neti pot nightly for over 5 years. In those 5 years, I have had exactly one cold. ONE! In 5 years! I cannot overstate how grateful I am to have been introduced to neti. I tried several natural salts specifically intended for use in a neti pot, but Baraka is the only one that never stings. I use a 1 liter copper pot with one teaspoon of salt. About a half a liter in each nostril. Winter is coming; get rinsing and maybe save yourself from a miserable cold this year!

This Sea Salt is awesome. Unfortunately I have a long history of allergies and rhinitis so I have used all kinds of salts. Pure salts, some with Sodium Bicarbonate and some other chemicals, based on my experience this salt is the best. My nose seems to like it, it's not irritating and I feel that it's helping my sinus heal. Bottom line it works.

Gentle and natural
As an opera singer, I have been doing nasal lavage for many years. Using too much salt stings, but not using enough reduces efficacy. With this natural mineral sea salt, it dissolves in the water completely with only a shake or two, and I have never had stinging, no matter how much I use. Love it!

I have used Baraka salt every day for many years and have been able to avoid winter colds, and lots of allergy suffering. It is much less irritating than the salts purchased in packets at the drug store, too!

My husband and I have been using the sea salts on a regular basis for years - and infused salt rinse during flu season. Real, Natural curing relief!
I have used other plastic neti-pots with their salt packets and they were harsh and stung my nose and sinus tissue. I bought a Baraka neti-pot and ordered the mineral sea salt rinse. After three days I am almost clear. It doesn't burn or sting. It is smooth and smells wonderful, and I feel like it gets more of the mucous out. It's a great product!

I have suffered from sinus headaches my entire life. More accurately, my entire adult life. A very nice woman at Whole Foods introduced me to this product and this along with the sinus oils, I suffer no more. I keep feeling like I am getting away with something because I am pain free. I know that sounds sort of crazy but that is how frequent my sinus headaches were. I have not had to use antibiotics yet since I have been using these products which is very unusual for me. The only thing I would change is that every Ear/Nose/Throat specialist would know of this company and how much they could help people, and refer patients to their products for maintenance and treatments of sinus issues. Had I known about these products I could have been saved from a lot of needless suffering 26 years ago. Signing off a very grateful lady that lives in Petaluma. Oh, and one last thing. Most effective, least irritating salt.
I've tried many salts, this is the only one I buy now. It dissolves completely and quickly. It never burns my sinuses. Salts with essential oils make things worse for me, that is not an issue with the mineral sea salt. On top of everything, it's less expensive than most salts I see specifically marketed for neti pots.

Best money I ever spent!
This sea salt rinse is highly effective, and I would recommend for anyone with sinus congestion to use the Baraka neti pot with the mineral sea salt. This has absolutely changed my life. I previously experienced chronic sinusitis and rhinitis and a perpetual runny nose before rinsing with this sea salt solution. My problems have DRAMATICALLY diminished! I am virtually cured of my misery! I used to have to take so much allergy and expectorant medication almost daily. Since I began rinsing a month ago, I have only taken a pill ONCE, and that was when I had an unusually high level of exposure to a grass allergen. The runny nose is remarkably better. I have so much less drainage. I could not be happier with this product or the results, and I am SO grateful to this company and to all the people responsible for producing these products and for caring so much about educating people on natural remedies for sinus and respiratory health.

I have always forgone the "special neti pot salt" as a gimic, when I was told at Whole Foods and our local Health Food store that sea salt is "just fine".

I have used nasal lavage for many years to deal with chronic sinus infections. It wasn't until I changed from sea salt to the mineral salt from Baraka that I noticed a tremendous change. I no longer have chronic sinus infections, a problem for over twenty years, because I use the neti pot and mineral salt Every Day. Oh!, btw, my migraines are gone too.

First timers: fear not
This is my 3rd neti pot (thanks TSA) I did not want to use stainless steel neti pots for the heavy metal factor (don't want that so close to my brain, nor in my body). My other neti pots were not as substantial in weight or function.
I like the way it feels in my hand, the directions that come with the product are very clear and simple. I feel the recommended salt and subsequent explanations are 'spot on'.
Gosh, these people really care about health and healing. eg. the website tells you natural remedies require patience. Yay for patience.
I love the (blue) color and the glaze finish creates a smooth surface so the germies don't cling.
So first timers pay attention to the directions and patiently visualize your sinuses healing.
My only suggestion for the website is to include a narrative about the nutrition factor. Foods to include and avoid for healing inflammations and especially foods to avoid that may contribute to excessive mucous formation.

I live in a high allergy zone. This product gives me so much relief. Using the Neti Pot has become a daily routine, like brushing my teeth, I use it a couple times a day. I highly recommend their sea salt.
A Great Cleanse
I have been a dedicated neti pot user for a couple of years, and this sea salt is the best. The trace minerals that are in the salt are very refreshing, and the rinse is mild, very comfortable, and very efficient at loosening mucus. Five stars.

Best neti pot salt I've found
I've tried several salts in my neti pot; none are are effective as this. The fine grain dissolves quickly and completely, preventing painful stinging of errant salt crystals reaching my sinuses. It never burns like some salts do, this is always soothing, whether it's the trace minerals or not, I can't say. But it is the best for me.
Reliable Sinus Relief
I've been using this prod.4 1yr. n have had better results than any prescription medication, or over the counter prod. ever tried. Suffering from sinus infections due 2 allergen buildup can been miserable n depressing, I haven't enjoyed the warm weather season n yrs., until trying this prod. by chance encounter n now my fiance is hooked n ready 2 give up his prescription med's.
