I recently had a very nasty cold which I believe turned into a sinus infection. My sinuses were a mess. I desperately needed relief and was out of neti pot salt. I discovered this Baraka infused salt rinse on Amazon and decided to give it a try based on the great reviews. I'm glad I did. I absolutely love this infused salt. The essential oils smell divine and it definitely helped to clear up my sinuses. I never experienced any irritation with this salt and I used it up to 3x/day when I was sick. I would definitely recommend and will purchase again.
Awesome neti pot salt
This infused salt is my go-to for every day use! I have terrible sinuses and this salt is so soothing! I really think it keeps me healthy in the winter, even beyond normal neti pot usage. Highly recommend!!!
My go-to for colds
I only use baraka brand salts and their ceramic netti pot. Love the quality of their products. The salt does not burn and the infused salt is my go-to when I feel cold symptoms coming on; shortens duration or prevents contraction. I will continue recommending to friends and family and will continue to be a life-long customer!
Infused Salt Rinse
I have not used it yet but looking forward. I trust those products and appreciate not only the ethical aspect but the quality and helpfulness of their content. So I am looking forward to using it and when I do, I will do my best to remember to return here and modify my review based on my experience.
A Must Have
❤️ ❤️ the essential oils rinse. And my kids ❤️ it. I bought them their own Neti pots this year for Christmas and they were very excited to have their own. ? I have used this for over 10-12 years after discovering it. The salt is like no other. Even the regular rinse is superb. Very soft and gentle on the sinuses. I wish you could purchase in a bigger size rather than 8oz but I assume the essential oils lose potency and why it is in a glass jar instead of being sold in a bag.

I was amazed how much more yuck came out of my sinuses with the salt rinse. I have chronic sinus issues and with seasonal allergies everything goes into overdrive. I also have a Baraka neti pot and it is so much better than my plastic one. Together they make a great way to keep your "head clear". I'll be back for more salt mixture, that is for sure !! Fantastic product
I've been using this infused salt for about 5 years, and while it would be impossible to say it does anything beyond work as a great neti salt, I am entirely devoted to it nonetheless. My belief is that it helps me to say healthier than I otherwise could with just a plain salt (and I use this infused salt alone most of the time), and I really enjoy the rosemary and other herbs. Did it help me avoid Covid? Flu? Cold? I can't say that (impossible to know, really), but I feel it allows me to be a proactive with my sinus health as I can be, which for this old philosopher, is as good as it can get.

Infused Neti salt
This Baraka infused salt is the best one I’ve discovered for washing out irritants and preventing sinus infections. I’ve been using a Neti pot for 15 years, and have gone from occasional use (when I had a cold or flu or felt a sinus infection starting) to daily use, which is recommended by my allergist. Infused salt is excellent for prevention as well as cleaning.
Best Sinus Relief Cold Remedy
My sister in law initially recommended the metro pot rinse. When adding the infused salts I nearly immediately felt the relief. Now during cold season, my family religiously uses the product and we avoid the common cold.

A Must Have!
I have suffered with chronic sinus infections my whole life. I had been using a Neti pot with the saline salt you buy in the store for the better part of 10 years before I found this product. Baraka salt was a game changer. I feel like I can breathe again! If you suffer from sinus problems at all, I highly recommend this product!

I used this salt in my neti pot the same day I received it in the mail and the next morning was the first time since I had Covid in January that I did not wake up congested. I’ve been using it twice a day since and my sinuses feel a lot better than they did when I was using the plain salt packets. I recommend!

Infused salt rinse
I have bad allergies and have had chronic sinus infections. For the last 15+ years I have used a neti pot at least twice a day. Even with the neti pot and allergy shots twice a month, I still would periodically get sinus infections and often just feel bad due to sinus headaches. About 3 years ago I discovered the infused salt rinse and since that time I’ve been using this salt with my neti pot exclusively. In the time that I’ve been using this salt rinse I’ve not had a sinus infection or even a cold. This is an amazing product and a great gift to people like myself who suffer from allergies and related to sinus issues.
A wonderful surprise neti rinse
I have to say, I really was not expecting much out of the ordinary for this Neti pot rinse. When I first mixed it up, I could tell by the aroma that it was going to special. I must say that after only using regular Neti salt this was a pleasant and welcomed finding. The after-smell is very nice and the feeling inside my nasal passages seems to be soothed. Sounds a bit strange but it really made using the Neti pot a rather nice experience. I started using this at the end of my COVID infection and it seemed to make a noticeable difference. I certainly will keep this stocked in my pantry.
Wonderful sinus rinse salt
I’ve been using a Neti pot for a long time, about 20 years. This is the first sinus rinse that I’ve found that both unclogs congested sinuses gently and prevents further congestion.

Great for colds/sinus infections
I use the regular Baraka salt daily. When I have a cold I switch over to the infused salt and continue to use until the cold is gone. I ordered some for my daughter. She prefers it over plain salt. Great product!
Very Effective!
I've been using a neti pot for several years and I love the French sea salt rinse. I love even more the infused rinse! It helps tremendously during the winter and allergy season in keeping my sinuses clear.
Helps my breathing at night...
I've been using this salt for many years, and it is wonderful. I use a CPAP at night, and rinsing my sinuses using this salt before bedtime really helps with my breathing. I've recommended it to my friends and family.

Infused Salt Rinse
I have sinus issues related to allergies-I take allergy shots twice a month- and have been using a net pot for over 15 years. About two years ago, I discovered Baraka and all of their fine products. Initially I just used their sea salt but a year ago, I tried their infused salt rinse. It has made all the difference in the world for me, my allergies and my propensity to getting sinus infections. In the past year or so since I have been using the infused salt rinse, I haven't gotten either a cold or a sinus infection. This is an amazing effective product. I am so grateful for it!

This stuff is the best. Even my kids have gotten used to using a neti pot. I use it regularly. When I was going through chemo in the winter, I used it daily and believe it was important in my staying Healthy.

LOVE this product! The salt is very gentle and non-irritating and the addition of the essential oils is a nice plus. They are good blend to help with colds, and since I started using this blend daily my allergies have not bothered me at all. Don't wait until you have a cold to try it, it can be used every day!
Perfect for me!
A friend recommended this product and I've been using it for around five years. I'm not sure how to describe how I prefer this over other saline rinses, but it seems milder or not as harsh as other products. I also appreciate the infusion of essential oils into the salt. I use this when an allergy flares up or at the first sign of sinus congestion. I also use it twice a day on the rare occasion when I have a head cold. The saline breaks up the nastiness that loves to form in moist nasal cavities and releases it in one of those gross, but strangely satisfying ways (sorry for TMI). The result is that my cold will end sooner and that makes me happy.

The best part of waking up!
I’ve been using the infused salt rinse in my neti pot every morning for the last 8 years or so. I used to have horrible post-nasal drainage at night that resulted in 2-3 hours of throat-clearing every morning - that was the first thing this salt improved, within the first two weeks of use. After about a year of daily use, I noticed I wasn’t getting colds as frequently as I normally did. As time has gone on, not only has the frequency of my colds decreased, but so has the duration of each illness.
I met my husband since I started using it and he’s hooked, too. It’s gotten to the point where if we go out of town, the first things we pack are the neti pot and our special salt!
Game changer for nose maintenance
Last year in Jan. 2017, I searched the web to find answers to my allergies. My insurance had a high deductible and unfortunately was trying to hold off for additional polyp surgery.
The main thing I remembered was how nice the lady on the phone was and patient. She educated me on how my current neil med package saline may be too harsh with it's ingredients. I was rinsing 6(SIX) times a day.
After I tried the Infused Salt, I did notice a considerable difference. My polyps were still very bad however I got through the year. After surgery this year, I can not only start smelling but the polyps are keeping 'stabilized.' I also started to use the nose oil, with qtip, to prep my nose before I go teach golf each day. This prepping is a step I welcome as we all know how frustrating the alternatives can be.
Thank you Baraka for the nice staff in informing me during a frustrating time for starters. And thank you for giving people with allergy challenges products to compliment surgeries and hopefully in time eliminate them as we become more informed.

gentle and effective
I used white neti salt for over 20 years. Although it did clean my nasal passages it was irritating. I then learned about mineral sea salt and the infused salt. Irritation gone. Have not had a problem since. Both products are great! Highly recommend.
Infused Sinus Rinse is great
These infused salts are great for my sinuses. Cleared them easily. WAAAY too expensive though. I'm going back to the regular salt packs and using essential oil drops right into the neti pot. Much the same results at a fraction of the cost.

Gentle and effective
i bought a product called alkalol from walgreens years ago when i had a head cold and sinus infection. it contains a few more oils in it but it also has potassium alum in it.
i was looking for something a bit gentler. luckily i cam across this product at a natural grocery store nearby. i have a head cold now. i've used it a couple times and it is pleasant. the oils are subtle.
i'm very happy with the product and will buy again.

We are so in love with this infused salt rinse. We're ordering another one soon along with some other awesome Baraka products.
This infused salt rinse helped to remove more congestion from our sinus cavities better than the "traditional" neti pot salt as we both have colds right now. It was also very soothing and healing.
Now that our sinuses are starting to feel better, as well as to stretch the amount in the jar we have, we're using (per person) 500 ml (16 oz) of warm-initially-boiled distilled water with 1/4 teaspoon of this infused rinse with 1/4 teaspoon of the traditional neti pot salt rinse. So far, it's working great.
We highly recommend this infused salt rinse. We also love that it comes in a glass jar. Awesome.

Amazing product
These are wonderful. The scent is light and lovely and lingers after the rinse. The regular salts are great also, but adding the essential oils just makes it better. If you neti, you must try these, but be prepared, you won't want to you back to using the plain ones.

I love Baraka's Infused Salts. The plain salts are great too... but I prefer the infused, because I love the smell of it. I use it daily as a part of my hygiene regiment.

The best - when i can afford it
I got both the infused and non-infused kinds of salt, then would mix them up and store them in previously used salt containers. This would stretch my salt dollar a bit further while still enjoying the wonderful infusion smell. Ahhhh.

An Indulgence
I have used both the regular and the infused salts, and the infused is my favorite by far. It feels like an indulgence, such a nice, fragrant rinse. And I get to experience it every day!
A great experience
So far, I have had great success in using the infused salt when I feel the beginnings of a cold coming on. I don't know if there is a scientific reason, but they don't seem to develop into a full blown cold. Is it just me? Have I just been lucky? Who knows. But I love the infused salt and its wonderful aroma.

When I started using the infused salt nasal rinse with the 5 essential oils, I noticed a pleasant difference in my allergies. I don't have to use it as often as had to use the mineral salt or any other salt rinse. I feel like a normal person without allergies when I use the infused salt 2 times a day now. It keeps my nasal passages clear longer than anything else has.

Allergy season help
I struggle through our beautiful Missouri spring weather, with the various pollens, every year. The use of this nasal wash has given me a much less troublesome season this year. I use it once or twice a day, and the Sinus Rejuvenation Oil just before bedtime. I am converting a some of our family to the oil, as well.

A friend introduced me to this product. It works and the great smell is an inducement to use. My sinus infection is gone. I ordered an extra bottle to send to my friend in naturopathy medical school who has been challenged by being in a mold ridden house.
Baraka infused sea salt - sinus infection
I lost my voice due to sinus infection aftering using this my voice came back. This stuff is amazing. It clears sinus and leaves a nice aroma in your nostrils. I love smelling the salt in the jar and in steamy water. I will buy this product again and again. I will even buy it as a present for people I know with sinus problems.

I have a deviated septum & prone to sinus infections. Rinsing my sinuses helps a lot, but I just tried this Infused Rinse today when a little cold turned into a nasty sinus infection & stole my voice. A clerk at Whole Foods suggested this product, & after learning about essential oils I couldn't wait to try it. In ONE DAY my congestion is almost completely gone: I was afraid I was in for another trip to the Dr and a prescription of antibiotics, but apparently not. I love using natural, organic essential oils instead of lab-production antibiotics...& it IS like Christmas for Your Nose (& the rest of your body sans drugs, & your bank account)! I'll never be without your Infused Salt Rinse again!
