Baraka LipX Cold Sore Formulas
Baraka is synonymous with sinus care so why did we add a cold sore remedy to our line?
Short answer: Baraka values the effectiveness of essential oils.
Long answer: After years of working with The Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy and wintessing the success people experianced with Baraka Dry Nose and Sinus Rejuvenation Oil, we chose to include PIA’s cold sore formulas to our product line. Let’s be honest, chronic cold sores can be just as frustrating as chronic sinuses problems and we know the LipX formulas have been time-tested at PIA to help soothe cold sore outbreaks.
Baraka LipX formulas include LipX Outbreak (for immediate use) and LipX Daily (between outbreaks). Consistent application is necessary especially for people with frequent outbreaks. Both formulas can be bought in our Baraka LipX Survival Kit.
Clinical tests indicate essential oils are effective against the herpes virus with no harmful side effects. While we would love to write about all the benefits of each essential oil in our formula, the FDA prohibits us from doing that. There is, however, lots of information online so we encourage people to expand their own knowledge by doing a little research.
About our Essential Oils
Baraka essential oils come from small farms and coops only. They are pesticide and chemical free. They are all organically grown, but some don’t have an organic certification because this stamp of approval is cost prohibitive for many small growers. LipX Outbreak contains tea tree, hyssop decumbens, melissa, palmrosa, lavandin, eucalyptus. LipX Daily contains tea tree, hyssop decumbens, melissa, palmrosa, lavandin, eucalyptus in a base of sesame oil.
